I would dare to say, the best part of our stay at Pullmann Ciawi was the Coffee roasting course with Ibu Rindi! I knew that coffee roasting is a fascinating craft, but it was absolutely amazing to get so many good explanations, tips and stories about the various coffee types, the roasting process and how different brewing methods affect the coffee and it's flavour!
