This cafe is incredible and offers an authentic taste of home for weary Western travelers. The owner is a European-trained chef who opened his shop just before Covid. The business is back up and running now and is well worth a visit. Nusa Penida is a gorgeous island off the beaten track and as such, certain tourist conveniences are a bit harder to come by. I was there for four days and ended up breaking a ten year gluten free diet at Black and White Cafe and it was well worth it. Cafe is well designed, the staff is friendly and above all, the baked goods and coffee are fantastic.

Дешево для Нуса Пениды -: К сожалению, не вкусно. Я такого формата кафе называю "европейская кухня по инденизийским рецептурам". Я пробовала латте, бейгл с ветчиной и сыром, панкейки с бананом. В бейгле куски овощей очень толстые, вместо соуса - майонез, ветчина обычная покупная. Если нарезать овощи мелко, а не класть кусками, то уже будет вкуснее. А если майонез разбавить каплей меда и каплей горчицы - это уже будет соус. Ветчину из куриной грудки делать самостоятельно дешевле, вкуснее и клиенториентированней, чем покупать. Панкейки также сделаны из покупной смеси. Тесто для блинов стоит копейки, если готовить его самому и намного вкуснее, чем покупное. У покупного химический вкус. В кетчуп добавьте зеленые оливки и кинзу - вот вам уже и соус. Как легко делать чуть больше, чем ты делаешь и иметь лучшие результаты Я желаю этому кафе процветания, так как есть потенциал. Но я бы рекомендовала, как человек, работающий в пищевой индустрии, пересмотреть подход к выбору рецептур

Dewa is a trained pastry chef and it shows,his food is perfect and fresh and delicious ❤️❤️ Will be back to eat here again and again.
