Papila's Coffee House Nusa Penida — Restaurant in Nusa Penida Subdistrict

Good food if you’re looking for a change to the local food offerings. Also expect to pay more since you will most likely eat in, but still less than hotel food prices, just not street food prices.

I ordered the Strawberry Cream Frappe ($37k) and Beef Burger plate ($75k). Burger comes with small order of fries, but burger is a good size and will fill you up for a day of adventures. Frappe was very tasty, not a regular item I usually order anywhere but wanted a change and was pleasantly surprised.

Restaurant is well kept, clean floors and tables. Staff were attentive and food was ready within 5-10minutes of ordering it.

There’s lots more to this menu which includes Breakfast items, Salad & Starters, Pizzas, Sandwiches & Wraps, Main Courses like Pasta & Chicken dishes, Traditional Mains like Nasi Goreng Kampung, Grilled Fish, Pork BBQ and a couple of Soups.

Desserts are offered in the likes of Banana Splits, Donuts & Bakery items which include singles and boxes of Mini Donuts too!

But remember this is mainly a Kopi House so there’s extensive beverage choices. Coffee Espresso, Hot Frappe, Cream Frappe, Teas, Soda, Juices and a small assortment of Beer & Wine.

If you’re looking for Healthy...there’s some Juices and Smoothies available.

A welcomed change to the ever boring...

The food & coffee is great very nice waitresses, I have to say tho they have these animals locked up in tiny little cages in the back where you can sit and eat, they have no toys or anything just metal to sleep on and the cage is tiny... they told me they cant touch them or pet them so they have zero human interaction, the one is pregnant so they say... there are 3 cute little furry animals and its so heart breaking to see them locked up, I tried telling the how its unfair and in humane to the animals they are better off in the wild oppose to this tiny little cage but they couldn not understand what I was saying..personally I would never ever stay at Magisty Bungaloo`s that is the place we stayed for a few nights connected to Papila's Coffee House, due to the animals being...

from outside, its very inviting, especially at night, its a one nicest eating place in nusa penida spacious parking space they have indoor and outdoor area which are very comfortable and spacey, the table lay out are not crampy and with a nice modern coffee bar the aircon can not beat the heat of the nusa penida island, unfortunately beverages : the juices we ordered are normal main course : chicken cordon bleu, not a taste you normally have, its super thick chicken, hardly find the cheese and very little ham dressed with what i suppose to recognise as a thousand island salad dressing as a sauce, i dont think its a match doughnuts : super soft and taste good, even better than some places in denpasar price...
