The Wait Restaurant And Bar (Western And Asean Food) — Restaurant in Nusa Penida Subdistrict

Came here for a lunch after snorkeling activity in the morning. The staff was super nice & friendly. Before settling in at the table I cleaned my feet & sandal from the sands using the water sink they provide in front of the restaurant. Didn't noticed it would make the restaurant's floor stained and wet, even though no other guest were there but I immediately apologized to the female staff that welcomed us, she politely comforting me that it was okay. Made my order and the waiting time for the food to be served was decent (it was for two people order, me & my dad) The food was served by a male staff and he was very friendly, making time to talk to us and checked on us again while the stray cat arrived and ask for some food! The cat was politely asking to us tho' and we were more than happy to share! 😂

We ordered fish nyat nyat, spring rolls and chicken steak. According to my dad the fish nyat nyat was delicious, he ate all the food (during our 1 week in Bali he never finished the meals) meanwhile the chicken steak and spring rolls was okay for my taste.

We had a little chit chat with the male staff after the meals that led us to booked 1 of their hotel room...

Sorry, aber das war das schlechteste Essen und der schlechteste Service den ich je gesehen habe!

Mal davon abgesehen das der Kellner die ganze Zeit am Handy gesessen ist und mich nicht wahr genommen hatte, als ich bestellen wollte, servierte er mich auch noch ein Bier bei dem der Kopf kaputt gegangen ist und ich habe es nicht gesehen und hatte Glassplitter im Mund 🙄

Nachdem wir das erste Bier getrunken hatten, haben wir essen bestellt...

Zum Hauptgang wollten wir noch Onion Rings und Spring Rolls dazu haben. Gab es jedoch leider beides nicht mehr. Wir konnten nur zwischen Pommes und Potato Wedges entscheiden. Haben jedoch alle (3 Personen) Pommes in unserem Hauptgang. Also haben wir nichts mehr dazu bestellt...

Hauptgang: 2 x Burger mit Pommes und einmal Chicken Steak mit Pommes

Dauer: ca. 45 min??!!

Essen: absolute Katastrophe!! Das Chicken Steak war zäh und roch nicht gut und die Pommes waren latschig und haben nach altem Fett geschmeckt. Burger ansich waren okay, jedoch war dort auch noch jede Menge andere Sachen außer dem Salat drauf 🫣

Klar kein einheimisches Essen, aber wollten Mal was anderes. Dort auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen und wenn man alles zusammen nimmt hat dieses "Restaurant" nicht Mal einen Stern verdient!

Falls ihr in Sawit Garden Cottages seit läuft lieber ein paar Meter weiter ins "Jungle" Restaurant..... wärmstens zu empfehlen! Sonst fragt den Chef von Hotel...er wird es euch...

Very clean kitchen and professional staff. The food menu looks amazing and the dishes well prepared. I have two critisism which I hope they will work on: The Pizza Chicken only came with cheese and chicken topping, although the menu said it would have mushroom and basil. It didn't.
