When me and my man got here we were alone, within minutes the place was completly packed with locals who were celebrating something. They managed to squeeze in a group of backpackers at our table and we ended up having a really nice time. All of a sudden there was a black out on the entire island and the staff rushed out with candles and the locals all took out their phones with the flash light on.. really shows that the locals are used to black outs.
