Martabak HAR Simpang Sekip — Restaurant in Palembang

Some employees have to fix it's attitude.

I had already ordered "Mie Kangkung".

Dish arrived around 30 minutes after 2 times complained to some waitress.

Dish coming but it wasn't "Mie Kangkung" but "Mie Kari" instead, that i didnt ordered.

Waitress recognized that its not my order, but still leave the dish on our tables without any notice, get back to the kitchen and not come back to our table.

I asked for 2 times to other waitress until new waitress come and said it is exactly my order "Mie Kangkung",

But when i ask where is the "Kangkung", he said it placed at bottom of bowl, and the went away from my table.

I've checked the bottom of bowl, but there is no "Kangkung" that waitress told me.

I give it back to that waitress and ask for change it with the right order.

After 15 mins, new waitress come to the table, bring the new bowl that he told it's "Mie Kangkung".

I've suspected that was the same bowl (i recognized the bowl and its contain), They just add some "Kangkung" there.

To verified my assumpt, i ask to the other waitress that never serve me before, is it "Mie Kangkung"?

And my assumpt was right, she said it is "Mie Kari"

This restaurant did surprises me.. open accesable from front or back, heres the parking. 🚗🛻🏍️🛵 The kitchen is also open that is you can see the #cooks preparing the food with their specialty #martabak. Also practical the drinks are prepared in the corner at the other side. There's a variety of seatings with occasionaly live music in the outside and they even have a seperate family corner. Basic with your order there's the #traditional #pempek - kinda dimsum #meatballs - pay what you eat. Although the original founder of this Restaurant was from India and there's Biryani on the menu.. They did not have.
