The best fishcakes we've ever had, run by a nice family. The owners were very talkative and interactive, and took the time to explain a bit of background and how their fishcakes differed from the 'fake' ones.

The 'restaurant' is more like the owner's house, but it still has adequate and comfortable seating at the front.

There were several different options on the menu, including bulk orders that you can take away, and the fishcakes were served with a selection of sauces with varying spiciness.

The place is a house. Not big but clean. The owner was nice and willing to explain about the food. Fish cake here (empek empek) was chewy in a nice way, delicious and the cuko (sauce for the dipping) also good. A bit spicy but bearable. The tekwan was also good. Love the clear soup in tekwan.
