ISTANA KOPI KING PEKANBARU — Restaurant in Pekanbaru

Great place. The interior is so unique so that made me felt astounded at the first time I came in. The way the food served is also awesome. About the taste? Don't worry. According to the food and beverage that I ordered, I'd like to rate 9 out of 10.

The ambience is kinda nice, although it's a bit noisy (but this isn't a big deal. The place is kinda huge, though). Moreover, there is WiFi network as well. So feel free to enjoy the moment with your gadget while waiting for the food.

Additional information: most of people come here with their colleagues, friends, and families. If you come here alone and hope to find someone new to be friends with, not really a good...

WORST SERVICE!!! its sunday raining night!! we know its full house and we are more than willing to wait... why need to keep direct is to wait at smoking area or another outdoor area??? what is wrong with waiting in the main dining area?!! we bring kid, we we need to expose them to smoke smell or mosquito??!!! when you are not able to welcome people the proper way, why bother to open for public and charge...

please ya owner take note, tolong di training STAFF nya. saya pesen sanger dingin, kopi susu dingin , pizza, rice bowl, ayam kemangi, nasgor dll. dari awal saya udah make sure “sanger ini pakai susu kental manis mba?” Dan waitress nya blg ‘PAKAI MBA’ sampai 2x .. setelah 1 jam dan harus di tanya dulu barulah datang, DAN PAHIT. yauda karna males ribut minta simple sirup aja , lagi”waitress nya malah menye” jalan nyaa kaya di lama”in kocak bgt mana muka nya judes bgt. Cuma 1 org waitress yg jaga pintu saya rasa yg kerja, dia yg bukain pintu, clear up, bahkan ambilin bill yg lain nya berdiri doang, gosip di arah toilet.. pizza nya jg lamaa bgtt di antar . disini kecewa untuk first impression yaa dari segi harga ini jg ga murah” bgtt, gunanya staff rame untuk apaa?

dan sehabis dari toilet bisa”nya ada staff pada ngumpul dan gosipp, di depan cust mereka gosip “biar aja lah mau siapa yg angkat atau bersihin aku malas” DEPAN CUST? kocak bgtt mana kalo cust lewatt di liatin bgtt.. aslik ini nemu staff nya dimana yahh?? sayang bgt sih owner udah niat” buat tempat yg ok tp staff nya gaje kurang training . byee bgtt, semoga owner sering sidakk deh staff” yg ga bisa di pakee...
