Donāt expect a real steak of beef, the steak is reconstituted, like a hamburger steak. I think to call it āhamburg steakā or āhamburger steakā will be more honest.
Ribeye, sirloin and tenderloin is the same hamburger style steak - just different shapes (all are 200g). Ribeye (in my photo) is a skinny patty, while tenderloin is a thicker patty. We didnāt try the sirloin.
The service and ambience is good. If you have an open mind, itās a good local style steak, but for a foreigner itās not a real steak, so the texture will be far below your expectations, so I canāt give it 5 stars.
Chicken steak is a better option if you want good texture though though, it is a proper cutlet of chicken thatās grilled and seasoned with steak sauce.
Mushroom sauce is not brown sauce but more like mayonnaise/mushroom cream style. For something more traditional/western I would recommend black pepper or BBQ...
