Okay, this place is so authentic for its Minang Cuisine. Dendeng batokok served here is using raw green chili with onion. The beef still tasted raw but not in a bad way. We can still enjoy the "beefiness" of the dendeng. And it's quite acidic, maybe they add lemon to elevate the flavors. Other condiments are also good too! Like their bamboo shoots. I highly recommend you to come here!

Lupa ngga ada fotonya. Pokoknya seleralah makan disitu, makan selera kampung. Ulasan setahun yl saya tambahin lagi. Hari ini kami makan nasi ramas dendeng batokok dan satu lagi menu kikil. Nasi ramas dendeng batokok sajiannya komplit, ada petai, daun ubi, rebung, sambal teri, irisan timun dan wortel, sambal hijau. Juga ada irisan bawang dan cabe hijau nemenin dendeng batokoknya, berdesak2an di satu piring. Demikian juga dengan kikilnya, dagingnya super lembut dan nikmat dimulut. Lagi makan dendeng pengen kikil, lagi makan kikil pengen dendeng, segitunya gambaran kenikmatannya. Ini restoran kecil model lama, ngga berubah sejak th 70, bangunan, meja dan menunya. Yup coba.

The experience comes up since very newborn. 👶🏻 Their authenthic Minangnese-Lintau recipè cooked still memorize until now. From generations, their bring up the same taste. Must have try if visit Pekanbaru to try the original Pekanbaruans Nasi Ramas...
