Willton Grill & Resto — Restaurant in Pekanbaru

It's located inside LW (living world) mall. Me and friends came here for lunch. Obviously located in the mall, so the parking area is very big and wide, as long as it's not weekend, i think we're all good to go. But make sure not to make mistake as us, we went for lunch timing yet it was so crowded as well 😂

Upon entering, the place was super hectic and very difficult for us to find a seat. Luckily we immediately got one as one table finished their lunch. We ordered mee aceh, nasi ayam penyet and hokkien mee. The staff was all in panic to complete the orders. The price is a little bit too high for pekanbaru areas but it's worth the portion.

After finished ordering we waited for an hour and half for the food to came. I never thought willton was this bad, last time i came here with my bf, it's not even this bad. If we didn't talk with the staff, i don't think we will get our food. It was a bad experience but lucky they never mix up the orders.

Would I come back here? I'm not sure since i experienced a lot of bad events here, such as slow service, and the rice was hard.

Tempatnya lumayan luas dan banyak tempat duduknya. Saya memesan Chicken katsu teriyaki. Porsinya termasuk besar ya. Untuk nasinya sedikit lembek, lalu saus teriyakinya sangat sedikit. Ada taburan norinya juga. Untuk telur dadarnya sedikit juga tidak sesuai bagi Saya. Ayamnya renyah gurih namun kurang seasoning jadi lebjh ke hambar saja. Nasinya lumayan banyak okelah. Overall lumayan enak namun banyak yang harus diperhatikan bahkan ditambah. Untuk minuman teh tariknya oke, namun bagi Saya kurang sedikit manis ya, tapi gapapa masih seger kok. Lalu Saya memesan Snack jamur enoki tepung. Jamurnya tipis banget lebih dominan tepungnya. Sausnya enak ada rasa pedas manisnya. Ini tempat enak dikunjungi bersama teman, keluarga dan orang tersayang. Namun Tolong lebih diperhatikan lagi makanan yang akan dihidangkan ya. Oh iya pelayanannya ada yg bagus ada yang kurang, tolong lebih diperhatikan lagi....
