Swiss-Belinn SKA Pekanbaru — Hotel in Pekanbaru

Early check-in but with extra charge,coz too tired back to back work. Thank you to the staff that helping and they are very friendly,then I try go to their spa with my mum.Already make a booking,but not well prepare,not feel like having spa ,just disappointed on that,timing out,please improve including the pillow smell like others people worst armpit.

On the other side I'm having all my lunch and dinner inside the hotel cafe/restaurant in 3 days 2 night the food good just the services really take alot of time although it's only my family. Although beside the hotel is a big mall and plenty of various food.

Then the unhappy part is because they only let me know on the third day in-house have discount.The staff should and supposed advice and tell the customer about it.Thanks to the last day lunch staff that inform me.

Why i still Give 5 STAR because I also have bisnes and my customer also educated me like this,I complain and give this feedback because I LOVE and I WANT YOUR SIDE IMPROVE BECAUSE I WANT TO COME AGAIN TO YOUR HOTEL.

Not having a great stay at this hotel, despite being a nation-wide chain hotel. When i checked in, the hotel is very full, maybe because there's an event that is held at the same convention hall. Although specifically asked for non smoking room, I was given a smoking room at smoking floor. You can smell the leftover smoke fragrant the moment you step out from the lift. Then, i got wet towel inside the room. Room is clean, you get basic amenities kit such as soap, shampoo, body gel, toothbrush, towel, in-house slippers Didn't try the breaksfast so basically cannot comment on the food. Staff is helpful. There was one time that we wanted to borrow a knife to cut some cake but according to housekeeping, they do not allow guests to borrow the knife; instead, they can take the cake and cut it from us at...

Plus: Professional and very friendly services from the staff, especially Front Desk, House Keeping, and Greeters. Convenient location next to a shopping mall, providing plenty dining options. Bed is comfortable. Room size is standard business hotel/inn. Breakfast provides variety of options and quite tasty.

Minus: Supposedly non smoking room still badly smelled of smoke, but Font Desk and Housekeeping offered room change quickly. Small size bathroom. Should consider changing bathroom swing door to sliding door. As business hotel, management should provide better iron and ironing board. Housekeeping staff quickly provided me one upon request, but the staff apologized that the board is the only one they had and it is lacked or cover...
