Xiao Chu, THANK YOU for giving me a glimmer of hope.

I am a desperate millennial who is handling impossible aunties.

They will scrutinize every grain of rice and every drop of sauce. There will always be a mistake, and they will never be satisfied.

So when they are impressed that you clean the veins of your prawn, I almost drop a tear. You manage to conquer them!

And all the dishes we had are impressive.

Crispy deep fried fish with balanced sauce.

Fragrant stir fried cai miaw.

Peefectly deep fried prawn with the right amount of salted egg sauce intensity.

The fried seafood rice noodle also hit the right spot of oiliness.

Your polite, sincere and precise staffs also remained unfazed with the list of my aunts requests and customization.

Thumbs up for kitchen department too, for a swift serving time.

We also love the charming interior.

I was tired, abused and terrified by these aunties that are manifestation of culinary nightmare critic.

Delicate chinese food experience. I ordered a couple of dishes: lapchiong (pork sausage) fried rice, their Xiao-chu special fried rice, green beans stirred with salted egg, and fuyung-hay. They were all so delicious and really worth the price. The dining place was actually so pleasant and yet not so comfortable because their “little kitchen” dine in place is actually so little and there were a lot of customers. The service was pretty handy but not too friendly, but i thought it was fine because all the staffs were so busy. Definitely will come again to try their another menu (but i hope the place will not be too crowded).

Latest edit: they didn’t prepare any detailed plan for the limits of the ingredients. At first, they accepted my order (stirred kailan) but then they informed that the kailans are empty— exactly when the other menus have served...

I am one of their regular customers who have been to the restaurant since last year. The Chinese dishes are great and what keeps me from coming back again is the staff members named Andika,Made, Pande, Sultan, Agus, Nia & Wayan who have always been friendly and nice to me. Their bosses are not friendly and they should be thankful to have them all as their staff members. Despite of being a regular customers their bosses Suwandi and Salim never smile, we’ve and greet me. Bosses definitely need to learn more from their staff members on how to treat customers; reward their staff members. I gave 5/5 stars to all...
