I’ve been a returning, paying customer who’s always happy to spend for a good time with my friends or partner. However, during one of my recent visits, I had an unpleasant experience that left me disappointed.
A waitress or promoter approached our table and, to my shock, asked my partner if she was interested in working as an escort at the bar or club. I found this extremely inappropriate and completely against the moral and professional standards any respectable establishment should uphold. It ruined the tone of the night and left a very poor impression.
I don’t believe I’m asking for much. I don’t mind if the service isn’t perfect, but I do expect basic respect toward paying customers. I’ve never hesitated to spend on a sofa, and such treatment is unacceptable.
While the music and ambience are generally good, I would appreciate some clarification: are sofa reservations based on a first-come, first-served policy? Or should better seating be prioritized for customers who spend more? Either way, I hope management will take this feedback seriously to ensure better customer care in the future. I would gladly provide more details if the management are interested to...
Read more17 March 2021, I was here for the first time. I need to hang out with friends and colleagues as well as to discuss about some business. It went good, nice atmosphere, food was ok. Drinks were also good. The live music was also excellent. If you are looking a place for a nice hang out, you can put this on your list. I spent around 2-3 hours here. When I finished, I was paying with my credit card then I was told that payment with my cc would be subjected to a 2% charge where I did not find in any restaurants or cafes or bars or lounges where I had had visited before. I had very strong argument at the time with the cashier (as usual she said that was the SOP). Then the manager came. I did not know what changed his decision so that my credit card was not subjected to the extra charges anymore. Maybe because my colleague from my bank (who was with me at that time) was also knew the manager. My words are, if you come to this place and would like to pay with your credit cards, be prepared to get the 2% extra charges. Maybe some of you this is ok, but in other hands for some of you, this could ruin your pleasure. If I were asked whether I would go again to this place, my...
Read moreDear Management Eskala restaurant, I was very impressed when I came to your restaurant, because your restaurant is very cozy. But we are very disappointed with the service of your waiter/s. We don't know how the restaurant manager or supervisor training your waiter/s "how to give excellent service" or not. because, the food comes first before the drinks come out. And then, when we asked for food, the condiment did not match with the menu book (for the spicy chicken backbone, the condiment in menu book is sambal kecap, but the sauce come is sambal ulek), we said one of the waiters had answered me "okay" but I did not get the results and than we complain to other waiter because the sauce is not coming. but we didn't get feed back from all the waiter/s (Siti & Ivan), they do not follow-up our complaints (restaurant looks very quiet). And than for Pizza Supreme plain no taste, same about we make in home with pan (not worth-it with the price). And when we paid our order no one said thank you. where is your...
