TIP TAP TOE — Restaurant in Sariharjo

Decided to try one of the newly opened resto in Palagan. The ambiance was great with a live music vibing. When we arrived in the venue, no one was escorted us to the table even there was not really busy at that time and we chose to sit on the sofa in the middle of the garden. Then we ordered pasta for dinner since we want to have a light dinner. We enjoyed the vibe, had around an hour chit chat, it was a great night until one of the staff approached us mention that minimum order for sitting at the sofa in the middle of garden is IDR400K. We felt uncomfortable since no one inform us about the TnC in the begining even when we ordered the food and beverage, and we found unfair since we had sat there for an hour but no one mentioned that! If there is any TnC, they should really inform the customer in the very begining so we can meet our expectation where we should sit. That’s really ridiculous for me. Then the staff mentioned to move out to the indoor area or we need to order more food to meet IDR400K to continue enjoying sitting in...

Three times came here and recommended to friends and this time really disappointed with the service. Greeted at the receptionist warmly until looking for a good seat, until when I wanted to order the staff was very unfriendly and the food came out too late until finally reminded again that one of the foods we ordered had not come out and what was very unpleasant when we asked one of the staff to ask for help to take a photo of his face was smiling and very unfriendly as a staff who works in the service section. And my friends also felt very disappointed. And the waiters were also busy with themselves who knows what they were doing, the food that was served to us did not have a dinner plate even though sharing and chili sauce were not provided together and had to be asked for. I recently visited this restaurant, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely excellent – everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What stood out the most for me, though, was their lemon iced tea – it’s hands down the best I’ve ever had! It was the perfect balance of tart and sweet, incredibly refreshing.

There’s also a lot of choice for cake at Petite Paris Boulangerie – so many tempting options to choose from! The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive vibe. One of the best things about it is how kid-friendly it is.
