I came to this restaurant Thursday afternoon as a part of a 10 people group. We made a reservation 2 days before the day through WA. The reservation process is simple and even when we have to reschedule our booking time the process went without much issue. This restaurant follows a strict health protocol. At the entrance we were required to record our presence using Peduli Lindungi app. After that our temperature and our oxygen saturation levels are measured. Then we were required to change our current face masks with masks provided by the restaurant. The restaurant also provide a small plastic bag to store our worn masks. After all of this is completed then we were allowed to enter. The reason we chose this restaurant is because of the atmosphere it provided and we were not disappointed. The restaurant has good and relaxing atmosphere that will tempt visitors to prolong their stay there. The restaurant has also has several instagrammable spots that will encourage visitors to document their visit there. When we arrived, we were immediately directed to our table. Unfortunately the table they provided us is only enough for 8 people. Since the restaurant does not have a table that can accommodate 10 person at the same time, we were forced to use 2 tables for our group. You may want to consider this if you are going to visit this place in a big group. After all of us are settled on our tables, we immediately ordered food and beverages. The restaurant serves Indonesian national dishes and beverages such as soto, gulai, tongseng, pisang hijau, etc. The price ranges from between 50 - 150 k for the food and 25 - 75 k for the beverages. After we placed our order, it didn't take long for our food and beverages to start coming to our tables. However you may want to remind the waitresses about your order if you placed additional order after your food and beverages have arrived. We had to remind the waitresses about our extra order even though the restaurant were not crowded. Overall it was a good experience even though there are aspects of their service that definitely can...

Read moreI went there with my sister and who hasn't been back home for years, hoping to impress her with some high-end Indonesian delicacies but turned out got me so disappointed and embarrassed. From the moment we parked our car, the security personnel out of the blue greeted us with '(It) was so packed (customers) had to wait for two hours, but luckily now no more', which I found weird because we didn't ask, and at the same time got our hope high, thinking this must be a great restaurant. It was not packed at all. We were not greeted and we had to ask to be seated. The waitress was OK with a thin smile on her face, though didn't say much, especially everytime she said what we wanted to order wasn't available (about 5 menus we mentioned). Our orders weren't delivered as fast as expected, though it wasn't a big deal as we were enjoying the ambience, but what bothered us was their waiters who brought foods that we didn't order, saying 'Rice no fried onion?' and about ten minutes later 'Laksa?'. We said we didn't order those and they just swayed away not only without saying sorry, but you could also see the annoyed expressions on their faces. And when our orders arrived, boy how surprised we were. Their half 'Ayam Goreng Kalasan' was tender but so small and tasteless. their 'Nasi Goreng KS' with additional (2 small) 'Tiger Prawn' topping (which was so not worth it) was also bland. The only good one was their Martabak, but considering the price, surely it was the way it should be. And they tried to charge us with 'Es Campur K2' which wasn't delivered, and when I complained, they changed the bill very swiftly, almost as if they knew what happened. To sum it up, what a horrible way to spend money in this fancy-looking restaurant. On my way out, I recalled what the security personnel said and suddenly feel like I've been scammed. I would never go again to this place for any reason and I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone, not even to my worst enemy. Oh yes,...
