We were given a QR code for table 17 and were told that we'd need to sit at the table with the assigned number. When we got there, the table was occupied by other customers. A different staff gave contradicting instructions (i.e. to sit at a table with a different number), which we refused to follow.
Ordered plain white rice. It took half an hour (was the last order to come out) and it was cold in the center. Asked for a new one. Took another 15 minutes, after asking the staff a couple times. It was still cold in the center. Completely ridiculous.
