Pizza Hut Alam Sutera — Restaurant in Serpong Utara

First time coming here on a weekend afternoon after returning from a sports studio. I came with my friend. We didn't order too much, only salads, cream soup & spaghetti aglio olio. Yes we didn't order drinks because we brought our own bottled water. But, is it wrong if we only order 3 menus? When my friend talked to one of the employees (I thought it was a supervisor because the clothes were different) to ask for a spoon, my friend had not finished speaking & only once spoke, he immediately interrupted "iya, iya, sabar ya" in a polite tone, even though we asked politely. If you are a supervisor, can you give a good example to other employees? Luckily the one who delivered the spoon was a friendly, ordinary employee, I appreciate him.

The second incident, when we went to the cashier, at the same time there was an ojol driver who was transacting as well. The cashier (I remember her name), she also treated rude to the driver ojol. So, the cashier gave ojol a voucher but she spoke in a rude tone "vouchernya buat pembelinya ya, bukan buat bapak". Ha? Can't you be a little polite to the ojol driver? Without them, without customers, you don't get a salary.

There have been several Pizza Hut that I visited, inside or outside the city. But only this time found employees who were less ethical. It's a pity their treatment of customers. I hope that they can be evaluated & conduct training for them so that it will be better in the future. I am very appreciative to the other employees who serve kindly.

The waitress was very friendly. 5 stars for her. However the cashier was very lazy. She ushered me to pay without even asking me to recheck the bill. I ended up paying with the wrong account and didn't get the cashback program I meant to use. After that, she immediately played with her phone and ran towards the back. If you don't want to work, then don't. It's working hours, where is your professionalism?

I only rated the service 4 star because it would be a waste of the lovely waitress' effort to rate it 3 or lower. It's not worth wasting over an hour of top service from the waitress for a less than 5 minutes of shitty...
