REGAL Dim Sum & Mie Ceker — Restaurant in Serpong Utara

Delicious salty egg shrimp and squid with a bit pricy.. love dimsum small fried noodle portion but tasty. I came on Chinese New Year 2019, they can't handle too much customer because big family booked 1st and 2nd floor during lunch. When I ordered sweet ice tea, they even didn't have any sugar left. We also canceled I Fu Mie since it didn't came until we finished eating. I hope they can improve their service, prepare things for national holiday so not out of stock. It seems understaff in the kitchen but I saw many waitress. The floor of the restaurant also looked dirty. Hope they can...

Their food is really good last time, however when i visit around last month, I order the Mun Tahu but it smells bad, like the ingredient(flour) or what was stored too long. And when I visit recently, I order my favorite porridge, Bubur 3 rasa, as usual it smells good, but the time I ate it, it taste like that Mun Tahu, maybe there been rice weevil or what idk. And the staff response very slowly. I hope the owner can watch back the restaurant, or at least check the kitchen cleanliness frequently, cause last time it used to be my family’s favorite...

This place could have become the best chinese food in the area, if not for the tiny weeny portions. Flavor-wise, they nail it, especially their broccoli garlic - yumm! Or their shrimp balls - delicioso! But, flavor alone is not enough to warrant this place 5 stars. Unless we are crazy rich people dining-in in a michelin-star restaurant, we, the pheasants, are still sensitive to value-for-money. Will I come back here? For the taste, of course! Especially when my tummy...
