Ta Wan - Living World Alam Sutera — Restaurant in Serpong Utara

Good food and I recommend the black pepper beef, but this restaurant have a horrible service.

There are room for improvements, dear management please note: Hakau was mushy (lembek) and not up to the quality that I was expecting from a well-known restaurant like Ta Wan. It's been one hour (check last screenshot) but we're still missing items that haven't been made. Please clean your glassware properly, it was very dirty (check the picture of your carafe). The staffs are lacking attentiveness and slow.

We had quick lunch recently at this place and we ordered stir-fried green veggie (cae mio) with salted fish, congee with three tastes / proteins and snapper fillet with tausi sauce and hot/drink tea beverages.

All dishes taste very rice and their prices are quite reasonable so will be reasonable cost choice in this big mall. The service charge is average at 5.5% and you can pay by cards including BCA Debit. Service from staff members are OK and ambience is also quite good. All in all, good value for your money to have meal at this Chinese...

Foods is OK, but service is really bad.

The manager on duty, a middle-aged man, serving on 7 Apr wasn’t supposed to be in charge of the service.

I ordered 3 foods, 2 came 15 minutes after the printed time in the checker receipt, the other 1 came 30 minutes - that I had to ask this guy for 3 times. Not even apologizing for the delay - I didn’t think that he even cares about it.

The restaurant was more than half empty, there is no reason of over capacity...
