Visited a while back! ⏳️ I ordered the most signature menu: Mozaru. Under the layer of gooey mozz 🧀 were butter rice, chicken, beef, prawn, and dynamite sauce. I tried inquiring about the curry sauce, which, I don't know if it was good or not, but the server insisted that the dynamite is the best-selling sauce. Boy, maybe I should've just ordered the curry sauce anyway. The first 3 bites were good. The rest? I felt sick. I almost couldn't finish the plate. Bear in mind that I ordered the smallest size they offered 😭 Even the lychee tea I ordered was super mediocre 🥲🍹

I visit Living World mall often, almost every week. But amidst all the restaurants this mall has got to offer, I have never really considered coming back here. Taste-wise, it was very mid. It's definitely NOT bad, but the price point made it not too worth it. The service was good, but not outstanding.

All in all, my visit here was not memorable. All I could remember was the lengthy efforts I made to finish my meal. Obviously, there have been no redeeming factors to warrant a repeat visit. This review is based on my own personal experience only, so if this restaurant thinks that I'm not your targeted...

My first visit to Zenbu was in 2016, but it was not so memorable. I thought the food was nice but nothing more.

Then on New Year's Eve 2020, I went to Zenbu to have dinner with my family. It was unplanned because all of the other restaurant were full.

At that time, I had no expectation and ordered Burger Omurice, Beef Teppanyaki, Salmon Belly Soup and some more.

It turned out that the food was delicious, the beverage was to my satisfaction, the service was great, the waiters/waitresses were friendy, the place was clean.

It was a very pleasant experience and Zenbu had become one of my favourite restaurants.

We waited 35 Minutes for my girl's dish to came out, she ordered Salmon Kabuto. The problem is, a family of four sat next to us 15 minutes after we ordered, and it turned out that the same dish that we waited for 35 long minutes came out at the same time as theirs which means either the chefs forgot about it or they're just being igorant and a d*. The staffs were horrible as well, none of them updated us about the food's process etc and when we asked they just told us to wait without giving updates 'til the last minute. Definitely won't be coming back here...
