Two Stories Resto & Lounge — Restaurant in Serpong Utara

The food was undeniably delicious and deserves appreciation, but unfortunately, our overall experience at this restaurant was ruined by the extremely poor service. We had been waiting patiently for quite a while to get a sofa seat, which we specifically requested, but in the end, it was given to someone else without any prior notice or confirmation with us. This was very disappointing, as we felt that our time and patience were not respected by the restaurant. To make matters worse, there was no explanation, apology, or alternative solution offered by the staff, leaving us feeling completely ignored as customers.

Additionally, the service on the upper floor was shockingly bad, in stark contrast to the excellent service we noticed on the ground floor. It’s confusing and frustrating to experience such a drastic difference in service quality within the same establishment. Honestly, this incident is truly regrettable because, despite the excellent food, such inconsistencies and poor service really detract from the overall dining experience. We sincerely hope the management takes steps to improve their service across all areas so that similar incidents do not happen to other customers...

Place. I start the review from place because I think this is the most stand out points. Place were super nice, nice temperature, cozy and comfortable for hang out. Too bad, they are using fake plants. Overall place is super spacious and clean.

Food. Taste good, especially their drinks. I got a feeling that they are more specialized in beverage than their food. I recommend try their matcha colada, super good! I ordered their thai angus beef salad. The salad dressing was refreshing, with hint of spiciness, but too bad, the beef was overcooked. Overall, all the drinks were good but the food was not satisfying.

Price. Consider above, i personally feel like it is overpriced. But, still at an acceptable level.

Service. Not sure maybe they are newly opened, but service was chaotic. We were left unattended for about 10 mins. But serving time was good though. Then another errors happened when we were paying the bills and it took us another 10 mins. They have some live music on certain time of the week. But I didn’t check or ask.

I booked a table before coming since it was saturday lunch time and I was worried it’d be full. but when I got there, it wasn’t as crowded as I expected.

the service was super friendly, the food came out fast, and I didn’t have to wait long. the table they gave us was just what I wanted too. I asked for one that would be good for taking photos, and it worked out perfectly.

I ordered a few dishes and drinks. The food was pretty good and the portions were big. A bit pricey, but it made sense with how much food we got. since it was just the two of us, we couldn’t finish everything (there was still a lot left. but overall, it was good).

the drinks weren’t too sweet, which I liked. seems like they don’t use too much sugar. the iced matcha latte was also nice. I really enjoyed it.

the place itself was super comfy. Lots of families were there having lunch. It’s bright from the sunlight, but still felt cool and cozy. the later it got, the more people started showing up.
