Steak Hotel by Holycow! TKP BSD — Restaurant in Serpong

The quality and taste of their steak was great. I ordered Holycow sirloin steak 200 gr with medium well and mushroom sauce. According to the information that I got from their staff, the meat was not purely meat because it was processed using Japanese Tech. So maybe it was like a meltique beef. But to me, it was good and juicy enough. And the sauce also good to me. The service was okay, the staffs are friendly and helpful. But the only thing that was not okay for me is the location and the ambience. The posisition of this resto is not easy to find since it is located inside the shopping area and since I was going there at night, the surrounding shop was already close so it was less of lighting and there is no signage so the enterance gate cannot be seen easily. The ambience of the resto was also spooky and not enough lighting. Overall still ok for me, will definitely come back but I would prefer to try it at their...

Hahaha aku kapok banget ke Holycow cabang BSD !! untuk pertama dan terakhir deh kayaknya. maaf ya sebelumnya min aku update krn gemes aja sm pelayanan nya 🙂 aku emang org Awam, yg pertama kali dtg ke steak mahal, tapi yaa ga gitu juga ga sih ? aku dtg sm suami dan anakku usia 10 bulan. kami dtg kesana dgn harapan bisa klaim birthday treat nya dgn budget ku yg pas2an aja karna posisi Tanggal tua, ( suami blm gajian ) jadi blm bisa pesen yg mahal2 selain minuman.

Singkat ceritaaaa ..

aku dtg dan menunggu di lt 2 dgn membawa secarik kertas Barcode, yg aku sendiri jujur & maaf kurang begitu tau kalau misalkan pesanan melalui itu. Yah namanya jg pertama kali.. disini aku gada intruksi apapun dr kasir, yg aku tau cuma kasir blg nanti akan disamperin sama service diatas, tapi tau nya setelah nunggu sekitar 15 menitan ga kunjung disamperin😂 orang yg dtg setelah ku udh didatengin tp ko aku blm? Ya ku tanya saking penasaran, ternyata baru dibilang pesanannya lewat kertas barcode, hadeuhhhhhh

Setelah itu aku coba konfirmasi untuk birthday treat nya bisa ga aku pesan minuman icetea/lemontea, Ternyata gabisa.. yg ternyata aku tanya itu adalah manager nya sendiri😂 Bahkan sama kasirnya jg, jawabannya sama gabisa. Harus pemesanan Minuman mocktail seharga 35.000 dgn ppn jd sekitar 41.000an lah yaa..

Sebelumnya aku udh konfirmasi dluan sebelum dtg kesini, aku udh liat berbagai review di sosial media kalau ngeklaim birthday treat disini tuh cuma pesen aja minuman, tanpa minim order. Tapi pas smpe TKP malah berkata lain 🥲

Dan yaaaaa.. udah lah, udah di clearin juga sih sebenernya, udh dichat ulang sm managernya dn mengakui dia salah. Cumaaa keselnya masih smpe skrg guysss Wkwkwkwk dn itu bikin aku kapok dtg ke steak mahal. Apa karna Tampilan ku dan suami ku kayak org ga mampu ? makanya dilayani nya dgn begitu WKWKWK ntah lah

Soalnya disebelah ku juga ada yg klaim birthday treat , minuman nya Ice tea HAHAHAH tp dia sih pesen makanan lain, Masa pilih2 begitu WKWKWK mentang2 aku gapesen makanan lain, takut rugi atau gmn ? tampilan mereka jg jauh lebih baik, yah orang berada, ga kayak aku 🙂 HEHEH maaf bgt ya min aku gemes soalnya sm pelayanan disana 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Used.. to be my fav steak place around BSD, not anymore. Last couple of times i went there.. doneness is always one above or below. The cut is inconsistent, the sides.. the spinach is soggy, the mix veggies are too oily. And really, they changed the way they serve the steaks, used to be in normal plate, now in a iron pan.. seriously its oily, and harder to eat. Maybe they did it to make it more fancy, but really.. bad idea.

Before i would very much recommend this place, very decent meat quality with affordable price, and cooked perfectly to the doneness requested. However now is just a standard steak house with not so...
