Waroeng Semesta — Restaurant in Sukabumi

I visited Waroeng Semesta in Sukabumi twice this week..once for afternoon coffee and snacks, and the next day for lunch. We were in town meeting friends, and this spot was great for casual meetups and even informal meetings. That said, it does get a bit noisy at times, so keep that in mind.

The service was excellent—no complaints there. The food was pretty solid overall. I tried their sandwich and beef claypot, which were decent, but the standout for me was the bakso goreng..crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Oh, and their chocolate ice cream deserves a shoutout too..rich, creamy, and definitely a treat worth indulging in!

All in all, Waroeng Semesta is a nice spot in Sukabumi. The combination of good food, friendly service, and a laid-back vibe makes it a solid choice. Just bring a little patience if it’s peak hours and noise...

had breakfast at waroeng semesta a few times. their breakfast set is only 25k which is honestly kind of insane for what you get. i had the pempek and kopi O set. the pempek was fresh, chewy, and the cuko had that perfect spicy-sour balance. the coffee was super strong, no sugar, exactly how i like it. my friend got the mie ayam jamur with teh tarik. i tried a bite, and the mie was really flavorful. the teh tarik was creamy, not too sweet. we also shared another set — grilled beef toast with kopi C. the toast was buttery, slightly smoky, and just really comforting somehow. the kopi C was smooth and warm. the place was quiet and cozy, not too crowded. it felt like a good spot to just sit and take your time, and it actually seems like a good place to work too. comfy seating, chill music, and it felt easy to focus....

Datang makan sekeluarga disambut dengan ramah. Suasana dalam resto hangat dan cozy. Tempatnya cukup nyaman, parkirannya pun sangat luas. Menu yang disajikan adalah seputar menu kopi tiam (malay-sing). Jadi kayanya konsepnya kopitiam modern. Kami lalu pesan nasi lemak ayam santan, nasi kari ayam, dan kwetiaw siram sapi. Untuk minum es kopi susu gula melaka, dan kopi c ice (huruf C ini artinya menggunakan susu evaporasi) Untuk rasa cukup enak, untuk nasi kari nya memang agak pedas jd untuk anak2 yg tidak suka pedas jangan pesan ini. Untuk kwetiaw nya tidak pedas. Krn saya pesan kwetiaw dan penyuka pedas, jd ada sesuatu yg kurang untuk saya 😊. Mungkin bagi makanan yg tidak pedas bisa ditambahkan opsi atau disajikan bersama sambal terpisah. Untuk minumannya, cukup menyegarkan di tengah suhu udara yg sedang panas walau malam. Overall, kesan saya cukup puas, walaupun ada satu menu yg kelupaan sehingga dijadikan take away. Cuma dimaklumi krn mungkin baru beroperasi jd masih mencari ritme penyiapan makanan yg optimal. Oiya nilai plusnya lagi, pelayannya ramah2. Dan krn ada yg telat siap tadi, pelayan meminta maaf dengan tulus. Jd termaafkan 😊. Mudah2an yang kurang2nya bisa...
