For those who never tried haidilao before, there are some tips that might help.

the Soup ( broth ) is not free about 66k - 99k per box ( 1 stove is divided into 4 box )

You get FREE snacks while waiting for queue

you get FREE cheap plastic toys for kids, and FREE ice creams.

sometimes you also get free Cotton Candy but unforetunately the Cotton Candy machine was broken.

most items are delicious. especially meat , shrimp paste.

sometimes there is talent show called Bian Lian

they have 6 VIP rooms in 3 different floors.

in summary this place will give you max hospitality.

Favorite place to eat with friends and family. Almost every week I stop by this place, otherwise my child will definitely ask for it. The taste offered is delicious accompanied by extraordinary service from all the staff which makes the dining experience feel like home. On weekends it will usually be quite busy so you have to come early.

There are no toilets provided, toilets are only in the mall connected to the restaurant, about 3 to 5 minutes walk.
