My Kopi-O! Pakuwon Mall — Restaurant in Surabaya

First time coming back to this place after so many years not eating here ever since Sutos is no longer a thing. (i used to eat at Kopi Oh Sutos and at CW)

My Order : Grilled Chicken Salad.

Duration (Time to Wait) : 35 mins. (Too long) And to add to it, the situation in the restaurant when i ordered was just me ordering and 2 other customers already starting to eat and enjoy their food. I even asked them after 35mins about when my food can be served, and they said another 5mins.

1st Impression : Chicken's Very Super Dry, right when the plate was being placed in front of me, i immediately Noticed about the Dry Chicken and told the server about it and i showed to the server by cutting the chicken and it won't cut, because it's already Hard and Dry. And the server Agreed as well. And she said, "i'll replace it.", when she was about to take my plate away, i told her, instead of taking the whole plate, just take the chicken away and while i wait, i'll just eat the salad. When she brought me a small plate to transfer the chicken away from the big plate, both of us saw, that that in between the cuttings of the Already Super Dry chicken, we found some parts of the chicken were still NOT COOKED, Still Red and she also noticed that and acknowledged it too.

Waiting protein to be cooked : 10 mins. Then she brought the old protein and compared it with the new one and we Both Could See it Very Clearly with our eyes, that, the Dry one and the Moist Perfectly Cooked one are Totally different.

What i cannot think about is that, why the cook was giving me a Super Dry and Hard chicken in the beginning? Did the cook think that we as customers are Too Stupid to understand the difference between Dry Chicken and Perfectly Well Cooked chicken?

So sorry, but this is my first time goin to this cafe resto and had some bad experience. First, the order took so long time to come out especially for my takeaway order (waiting like almost 1 hour). and the service was bad, asked about things like payment promotion, they still confused and doubtful.

Second. I order a mineral water. It took like 15 minutes to wait and i should call and ask the waiter like 3 - 4 times until my mineralwater cameout.
