Saya pelanggan 369 dari taon 90an bahkan langganan di cabang Vida sampe tutup, krn disana tutup, terpaksa ke cabang mayjend ternyata pelayanan kacau, akhirnya hari ini coba yg di PTC . . Waktu dtg disambut waitress gembrot yg melayani malas2an seakan2 kita tdk bayar pakek uang tp pakek bpjs, saat makan piring kotor pun ga diangkat & asal taruh piring nasi goreng main dorong aja, saat minta piring kosong 2 pun dibilang gak ada, waktu kita agak marah baru dikeluarin alasan ada gupilnya pdhl piring lain jg gupil, terakhir saat makanan uda dtg waitress yg gendut bilang krg nasi putih pdhl kita saat order batal pesen nasi putih & dgn muka ga enak bilang tdk bisa cancel.. saran buat owner percuma makanan enak tapi kalau pegawainya gak diajarin etika yg benar lagian jaman skrg byk pilihan org lbh niat & beretika yg lagi cari kerjaan

I love song mie in this place. The rexture of the noodle, its thick gravy and minced pork is very appetizing. The siauw long pao, dumpling noodle, fried rice and pork leg noodle all are tasty. Overall their food have a good taste. No wonder this resto still exist after decades.

Price: Regular Portion: quite small Service: way too long & for my order, they missed out giving one order. They served rice first and after 10 mins, the dish came. The rice became cold. Just a suggestion for them, when there is rice & dish order, please serve them at the same time so that none get cold first in that AC building. The taste of the food is not so bad....

Ive eaten at 369 two times and both times was horrible food, the food taste completely different to how it should be and can only taste old oil taste. They steamed a dish that should have been a cold dish 🤣 the chef have no idea what hes doing. I will not go back even its for free also to add a cockroach was running around...
