KFC Supermall Pakuwon — Restaurant in Surabaya

This restaurant's fried chicken was a profound disappointment, possibly the worst I've ever encountered. I was immediately struck by a perplexing question upon my first bite: how could an establishment with such a decent rating serve such subpar fare? The texture of the meat was alarmingly soft and doughy, bordering on undercooked with a noticeable pink hue. Moreover, the chicken's skin was inexplicably tough, resembling stone more than anything edible. The portion of actual meat was disappointingly scant. In the drumstick, the meat seemed to disappear after just one bite, and the breast didn't fare much better, lasting merely two bites before leaving me with nothing but the impenetrable skin and an excessive amount of rice. Love the food Only the problem is the quality from the service. They have 3 counter.. but only open 1.. Sometimes 2.. but doesnt make it faster. Like the one who taking order is also the one that screaming for calling the name of the person who ordering..

At least try to maintain 1 position only why busy thinking about others people job.. Staying at cashier that mean handle the customer properly. The line was long at least finish or clear the line first then you can start...

I usually buy takeout from this branch, but this time I were alone and so I decided to dine-in and make a review.

It was weekday and I were there for a very late lunch, so it was not crowded, only 1 Cashier Staff and 1 customer queue in from of me. Usually it is a long queue here.

The dine-in area is actually quiet big, overall it was okay but yeah I would say cleanliness could be better.
