Old, but the food is still good.
Like an old family restaurant, there is no passionate service, they are pretty passively waiting to be called, and simply dropping all the food on the table and let you figure out what you order yourselves.
It is not too hot at night thankfully and the food is as good as it has been. But the portion is too small for me, it may be right for females or the locals, for me, it is so small.
The price is ok, the place is ok, the service is ok. The only thing to save this place is probably the food is still tasty and the location is in the middle of the city.
My first time here, not too much impressed yet not too bad. It is more than acceptable, but not at the level of excellence yet.

What's not ok: one of the waitress is a teenager. I did not know how Surabaya's famous restaurant still able to hire under-age worker while this restaurant located very close to Balai Kota (City...
