Bamboo Traditional Foodcourt — Restaurant in Surabaya

After all these years, finally cameback to this mini food court. It has been around since years and years ago when Pakuwon Trade Center start operating.

Still remember they used to have Nasi / Mie Kluntung pak Mitro which is missing now :(.. However, the new replacement is not bad aswell.

Many known and popular stalls still selling to satisfy their customers. There are Soto Ayam Imam Bonjol, Bakso Pak Kus, Semanggi Dempo, Sate Ayam pak Abas, and others

Still love the Satay Ayam here. Highly recommended. Prices are reasonable.

Now can see they are more organized in terms of table arrangement. One of the attendee is still the old guy that doesnt smile too much :D however he is a good guy actually.

Service is fast and responsive. Will I comeback? For sure... already few times actually since I took these...

Pelayanan super buruk. Pelayan tidak sopan, ada 1 pelayan laki laki berkacamata. Ketika saya mau menggabungkan meja, diem aja. Sudah digabung, baru bilang kalo ga boleh digabung, dan akhirnya saya benerin meja sendiri lagi. Trus ketika saya bilang, kenapa ga diberitau kalau memang ga bisa, masnya malah bilang kenapa ga tanya! Lah yang customer siapa, yang kerja siapa. Kapok dan ga akan pernah kembali lagi kesini. Orang jualan kok suombong sekali.

The service was super bad. There’s 1 male server using glasses. When i want to combine 2 tables, he just staring at me. When i finished combining the table, he come to me and said “it can’t be combined” then i complaining to him, “why you not tell me before??” He just said “why don’t you ask???” So where’s your manner bro? I feel uncomfortable and angry. Eventually i left that place and eat in another restaurant. I don’t know why, he’s so stubborn and arrogant towards customer. It will not come back to this place....

Many choices of good food, most stalls are already well known around the town, Imam Bonjol chicken soto is one of them, but not quite like the original. Javanese fried rice is bad, sour and not tasty at all. Price is slightly above average. Place has moderate seatings, and quite busy on weekend. Serving may...
