For a renowned steakhouse in Surabaya, the quality of the beef are kinda disappointing. My family ordered sirloin, tenderloin, and ribeye with most of the ordered with medium well doneness and only me with medium rare rib eye. Most of them are acceptable, except my medium rare ribeye. My negative comment are : It's still raw in the middle more like rare, there is no crust, the steak itself are bland and the flavor comes from the sauce The rib eye that served to me didn't look like a rib eye more like a skirt steak, it didn't look like a rib eye and didn't feel like a rib eye, because it really tough and the silver skin are still intact which make the beef more difficult to chew. I spit a lot of my bite because how tough it takes for me to chew it. Rib eye should be one of the best cut in a steakhouse, and able to serve it medium rare a must, it honestly disappointing for bon cafe not be able to...

It took forever to get the food ready??!!!! Like whtt??? I’ve came here to the resto at 7pm, and now 8.15pm they only could serve the appetizer???? Geeeezzz cmon bro, this is a huge group dinner, how can u guys like underestimate this kinda thing🥲🥲🥲

Now 8.30 pm the soup just ready😕😕😕 i’m still waiting for the maincourse. Bet it gonna be ready at the 9pm

Really not recommend for a group dinner, unless u guys ( i mean the resto) could fix their flow system. Kids also wait for too long, and almost all the staffs anwers “we dont know, we are still preparing”

That’s why, i oredered manually, but it’s funny though, the food that i ordered manually (not a group menus), they served it sooo early? Less than 15 minutes i guess
