Burger UP Dharmahusada — Restaurant in Surabaya

Burger Up east Surabaya is within walking distance from Galaxy Mall. What makes this burger place different is we can order our set menu through 2 screens with pictures of the foods on it. An associates will help us with it if we are not used to it, or we can just go to the ordering table. The place has 2 floors. It is located at the street corner so we can easily view the running cars and street from glass surrounded room at the 2nd floor. Some who want to sit outside and feel the outside air can do so at the patio of 2nd floor.

Their fries taste good with the right crips and original flavor. The mushroom soup is recommended too. There are roughly 15-17 car parking spaces in this restaurant yard. Small playground for kids is available inside. The bottled tea drink they sell is the medium size, not like some other burger joints which only provide the small size. Favorite hang out spot! Love the bacon and mushroom burger, mushroom soup, and the fried chicken because they serve us the chicken with sambal. There are sambal terasi, sambal matah, and my favorite sambal pedas (sambal bawang). They have promos every week, so make sure to ask the waiter about it. There's a lot of table, place for kids to play, super fast wifi, and the toilet! I love that the toilet is always clean. Good job! Downside is maybe the mosquitos. Udah beberapa kali kesini, awalnya seneng banget karena cukup sepi dan wifi cukup kencang. Selain itu, minumnya juga free refill (pada awalnya). Tetapi beberapa minggu yang lalu, sempat kesini lagi karena emang lagi cari internet cepat dan juga ingat kalau minumnya juga free refill (sebenernya kepikiran untuk ke toko sebelah, sebut saja c*arls jr. Tapi temen lagi kangen burger up, jadi yauda sekalian aja kan ya toh sama2 free refill dan free wifi). Waktu masuk di tes suhu badan, tempat duduk juga udah diatur sesuai protokol agar tidak berdekatan dan tidak bergerumbul (meski beberapa pelanggan tetap aja ngelanggar dengan duduk ditempat yang sudah dilarang). Waktu pesan sudah sempat nanya paket tertentu dan minumnya, bilangnya iya masih free refill. Eh waktu minta gelasnya, dibilang paket yang dipesan tidak diperbolehkan untuk free refill (ini lucu sih, padahal yang kasih gelas dan yang melayani di kasir adalah orang yang sama). Mau ganti paket tapi juga udah terlanjur bayar, dan dibelakang juga udah mulai ada yang antri, jadi yauda lah ya terima aja. Sebenernya mau kasih bintang 5, tapi karena satu orang karyawan yang entah kenapa berbuat begitu, jadi kurang respect ya. Meski begitu, ada juga karyawan yang cukup cekatan disini (waktu itu lihat ada mbak mbak yang cukup 'sregep' membersihkan meja, dan memang bersih hasilnya-meski ini sebenernya tugas mereka, tetep aja salut kalo liat yang beginian). Ohya, untuk promonya, bisa cek di instagram burger up indonesia ya, jadi kalau dompet lagi tipis bisalah pesan yang harganya lebih bersahabat, karena bukan kejutan lagi kalau harga burgernya diatas rata-rata (tapi jangan lupa konfirmasi, kalau perlu 2-3x, apakah minum yang didapat free refill atau tidak, daripada nanti kecewa seperti saya he he he).
