The food are very famous and it is good.
But twice i’ve experienced bad things with the staffs at the restaurant. Two months ago, my brother and I ate here, there are lots of the kitchen staff inside the restaurant (it was open kitchen), they all behave unprofessionally, shout at each other on jokes without mask on and jokingly coughes lots of time. My brother and I went home upset by this experience. Now that its been two month and I missed the sambal here so i give it another try. I was already sat in the restaurant, there were three staffs in front of cashier, talking unprofessionally (again) like it was highschool not a workplace, and one of them is not wearing mask. I waited for the menu but no one come because they are too busy talking nonsense, i came to them asking for menu and confirming “this guy will wear his mask will he?” And all of them acted they dont understand what am i talking about. And when they already delivered me the menu book, they continuing talking trash again, whining “corona, omicron..”.

Read moreInconsistent in taste and service. The taste of the food is not always delicious and up to standard, I often have lunch here so I can feel the inconsistent taste and quality of the food.
Yesterday we had lunch and found in the Nasi Pecel Udang Krispi menu, the shrimp taste was bland and smelled rotten (bau busuk). In the Asem-Asem Daging menu there was a fairly large red rubber band (karet gelang warna merah di dalam Asem-asem Daging). The waitress did not immediately respond politely and apologized briefly, it seems like this is common for them.
The waiters must also be sure to keep their hands and nails clean, when serving food their fingers and nails touch the edge of the plate or bowl, and that is disgusting. Overall, I am disappointed with the consistency of the taste and service of the restaurant which has long been a favorite place...
