Prime Royal Hotel — Hotel in Surabaya

Just ordinary hotel. Nothing special but atleast price-to-quality is decent. Noisy room because got mine next to lobby

Receptionists were nice. There was a bell boy taking my baggage (unlike other ordinary hotels). Rooms were nice, just like normal hotel with this price. So yeah, something you can expect. There are a lot of local food nearby, you can walk around there.

The cafe there (place to have breakfast) didnt accept me eating there. Nobody eat there. They should told me when i just started eating, not when I already eat half of my food. So I need to take the food to the lobby (like only around 5 steps ._.)

My room were the nearest to lobby. There is a glass door connecting the room corridor and lobby. On night, the music from the cafe (or the lobby, they both on same place) was still really loud. I can hear the annoying bass from room (well because it literally next to it). It wasnt coming from the wall (those wall have decent sound barrier), it coming from door, from the corridors, because the glass door to lobby was opened. I closed it once, then after a while someone open it and keep it opened. And he/she must be open it on purpose, because if he/she only pass, it wont open fully and automatically closed. Happened couple times ._. so annoying

The toilet next to the pool was kinda dirty.

I will give it 3 stars because of my experience, but bonus to 4 stars because one of the receptionist is really pretty and has...

Updated for my second visit:

In my second visit in this accommodation, I took a deluxe room which I expect more than my first visit. But I got disappointed.

First, I found that the swimming pool was in renovation and this wasn't informed to any guests, from the receptionist info, all the customer had complain about this, I'm so upset because at that time I wanna do some photography things in the pool area.

Second, when I was enter the room, the floor was gross, disgusting!!! I called the housekeeping to clean up the floor but it need an hour until the officer came to my room.

Third, there was a policy, actually new one, which says, it is not allowed for guest to order any kind of foods and drinks from online service, this is ridiculous because other accommodations won't do this.

First visit comment:

Room was large enough and comfortable, yet the cleanliness sould be improved and furniture condition should be well-maintained. Love the public area eg., swimming pool and bar, feels like I’min bali. Overall this boutique is good and...

My parents came on Monday early morning at 4am and check out on Tuesday. We booked for 2 nights thinking that once they arrive they can check in straight away. But no, when they arrived room was not ready and they blamed us for not confirming. What other confirmation to they need??! We got the booking confirmation and everything, and check in time should be at 3 pm. They arrived 13hours after check in time so they should have more than enough time to have that room ready. From this I can say that the staff are just lazy. As for the room itself, no water heater, no water, no wifi, toilet paper handle was broken.. imagine arriving 4am in the morning after a long travel, having to wait another hour to check in, turns out the rooms is JUST BAD.

And guess what, the telephone number recorded on Google is not even working. Can't call them. So how can we reach out to you guys.
