Excellent coffee and very nice service from the staff. Big smile and warm welcome. The vibe is very chilled and relaxed.

Great location and easy to find cause it's on main road, huge parking space as well

The food is good and they even have Western style breakfast menu (American breakfast was delicious and you even get free coffee during breakfast hours!)

A bit pricey but they have lots of discounts if you have their membership or credit cards from various banks

Serving time is about 15-30 minutes but it's okay since we know this is not a fast food restaurant

Excelso standard of food and beverage, but service was slow, probably due to the lack of servers available. Have definitely been to other excelso outlets with better service.

The atmosphere was great, the building was designed well and parking was plenty. Sadly the AC was not cold enough and the chairs they provided were not comfortable for long periods of use. Thus reducing the comfort of the dining experience. A lack of wall outlets might be a concern to some if they're looking for a place to work or relax for long periods of time.

This cafe has spacious area, nice location and easy to park the car. Rather too many staffs working there. The area at 2nd floor has high ceiling and voices of visitor will be echoing and very annoying to other customers. With pricey meals, visitor should be able to enjoy coffee, meal and cozy cafe. But all you hear was annoying voices from other visitors at 2nd floor but cafe staff do not put sign "calm yout voice please" or asi them to tone down their voices. Will never go back...
