Ikan Bakar Cianjur - Jemursari — Restaurant in Surabaya

I was joining a group lunch of 12 mom's and the menu we had was: Nasi Liwet and white rice Bakmi goreng Tahu tek Pucuk labu Gurami goreng Sup iga The taste was original! I went to other IBC shop inside outside Surabaya and I'm surprise they can maintain the same quality everywhere! I can say that you can recommend this place for those who's looking for local original taste with good quality of service. But, I wish, they can have the same price with upgraded portion, as for me, their A là carte menu was not enough.. or maybe they make it that way to add another order :l

The other minor thing was the aircon was not able to cover the heat. Compare to other IBC restaurants, this 1 is the smallest n has 2nd level as well. The restaurant keeper were accommodating, and helped us to take...

Their foods are quite nice but a bit too expensive. You can have similar dishes (but maybe less tasty) at another places with considerably cheaper prices. A plus side is they have this quality standard in which you can always expect that they serve the foods with the same good quality. One little annoyance is in their SOP I think, when you order a fish they only give you one small plate of sambal and one small plate of sweet soy sauce with chili, they definitely are not enough if more than two people are eating. It is really annoying especially if I pay that much for the fish (in fact, this annoyance alone made me reluctant to revisit this place, but I still did visit them when I wanted a good Gurami goreng that is not too...

Located in one of the shop houses in the Jemur sari area, this place looks quite dark at night, with relatively inadequate lighting. But on the inside of the restaurant, the atmosphere is still comfortable and typical of IBC which is already well-known. It is suitable for casual dinner with family or colleagues with a menu of dishes that are also well known for its deliciousness. Even so, the standard price makes this place more suitable to be visited if you are on special occasions or celebrations.
