Komugi Boulangerie — Restaurant in Surabaya

I'm very disappointed with Komugi Boulangerie Manyar. Despite a recommendation from a friend, my cromboloni order on 7 December 2023 encountered problems. The D-1 ordering system at this bakery was like "pay first, get first," which caused confusion especially when the order wasn't ready at the scheduled pick-up time. Later, I discovered the fact that the order had been picked up by someone else. The conflicting instructions from the staff regarding payment and pending orders have raised my concerns about the professionalism of this bakery. This experience has left me feeling played and cheated. I hope Komugi Boulangerie Manyar addresses these issues soon to maintain...

Great Boulangerie! Everything tastes great, love how they have various selection of bread and baguette. Several cakes have variant and some of them still use rhum essence containing alcohol (based on the staff's explanation) but you can still choose pie for alternative
