They have wide selections on croissants, healthy bread and toasts, pies and sandwiches. The owner has in-depth knowledge on European breads and it helps a lot with people that comes from Europe staying here who misses their breakfast rolls selection routine from where they come from. For that i give two thumbs up.

For the customer service there are rooms to improve. First, for the member point redemption on the counter. They use OTP Code sent to the customer phone to put in the system, if we want to redeem our discount. Total to complete payment + point redemption mechanism takes around 5-8 mins. When there is queue, it creates hectic.

Second, when we choose bread from the counter, seems like the server rushes us, because there are people coming up in line. I remember i was served by this staff and she was like "anything else? Anything else?" With sharp face.

Third, they are getting busier recently with the hype of new croisant variants and those who place orders or inquiries via WhatsApp would have to wait for more than 1 hour to response. If we need the bread for morning, and they do not response until noon or afternoon, for me it is very dissapointing as a regular customer who has supported for this store. I get that the staff can be busy serving offline customer walkin in. But c'mon. Need to step up the game if you don't want to lose...

NEW WORTH IT BAKERY IN TOWN!! If you like buttery croissants which are flaky on the outside yet soft in the inside, you 100% must visit this bakery. Their croissants are best eaten warm so you might want to ask them to warm up your croissant before taking them. If you like redbck's or moresh's croissant, this one is similar to theirs but with more affordable price.

Theyve got lots of variants. Hopefully they have seasonal menus soon or mayb they can colaborate with some good affordable cafe like anakmon*pole so i can have their freshly baked croissants and coffee at the same time & place😂. Everything i bought in my last visit was tasty! Will surely come back here.

If they can improve 1 thing here: please train your cashier to memorize all the prices of the croissants or you can simply put tags in front of them. The croissants & quiche have lots of variations but not everything has got its price tag & the cashier also didnt remember the exact...

This place has some seriously good bread! I’m a little disappointed that their range of delicious pastries and treats has diminished to not much more than standard finds in any other Indonesian bakery. The staff often don’t seem to know much about their stock or what they sell. They try to direct customers to buy things that are not what they want. Too many products with chocolate instead of all the other flavours available. Again - just like other Indonesian bakeries. For this place to continue to stand out they need to maintain their variety of products and flavours rather than just being another one in the crowd.
