I’ll tell you about my dine-in experience on last Tuesday and Wednesday (yep, I dined in two days in a row.. ahah). The impeccable service provided by Yourman, Dani, Vita and Iksan as well Maria. Their attention to detail and friendliness set the tone for a truly unforgettable dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the dishes. Each plate served at TuttoBono is a masterpiece crafted with passion and expertise. Whether you're a fan of Italian classics or looking to try something new and innovative, TuttoBono has got you covered. I highly recommend trying their: Carpaccio Di Tonno, Zuppa Di Porcini, the perfectly grilled Halloumi Cheese that melts in your mouth. And don't forget to pair your meal with a carefully selected wine from their impressive collection. Petto D Anatra Arros is bursting with flavors. You must have this in your lunch list. Branzino is marvelous seabass they cook it with perfection, as per my request: skin on top - crispy. Tagliata Di Manzo: always and forever steak meat.

If you see this place is full, my advice is you better go to other restaurant so you won’t have same experience as us.

We were here on Saturday night and this place was packed, we got seats at outdoor area. Crowd means good for business but at the same time they fail to deliver high service quality. There was this one guy, incharge at our section and this is where the unpleasant service experience started. He missed to serve a drink that we ordered since we arrived. He also did not serve the wine after he put the bottle in the bucket, instead he left our table to serve our next sofa table. We didn’t get same attention as other guest (not sure why, maybe bcause we aren’t part of owner guest). Btw we asked him to give us the wine opener so we can do it ourselves, and finally he helped to open the bottle (but he looked at other table and seems not focus in serving us). Steak was served cold, sent back to kitchen and still came back cold. And again the attitude of this waiter is really bossy, maybe he’s lack of training which the management should do something about it. This guy seems confident that the way he do the job is great, unfortunately his bossy attitude and clumsy service skill leaves us bad experience which we won’t recommend this place to anyone. The only postive highlight is their great lava cake, and other food just taste mediocre.

Used to be my favorite Italian Restaurant in town, but not anymore.

Terrible service. Food quality and taste declined. Ordered 2 pasta and 1 fries, realised that it was too much carbs, so changed the fries to burrata before the waiter left. He didnt repeat the order, only asked whether the food can come out together, or appetizer first.

After all the food came out, fries came out and we said we canceled this order, changed to burrata. He insisted he had repeated the order before, which he did not! This sentence made me feel offended, especially his face didnt show any guilt but “i’m not wrong” expression. So we had to accept the fries because they reject to cancel it, eventhough there were too much food for 2 people.

I think the restaurant has this system that wrong orders, etc are beared by the waiters / waitresses, but they don’t train the waiters / waitresses well.

Food: didnt taste as good as when it first opened. Nothing special, pasta overcooked, clams were fishy.
