I often visit this place but yesterday was the worst. Service is a big zero. I came with my family, it was 5 of us. We are all the XO lovers. But the moment we came in, we didn’t get a good service, especially 1 men staff, they think we’re always joking. They didn’t pay attention of what we were requesting. We request (wonton) for half to be fried. We chose 3 types of wonton and all had the same request. Turned out, they fried it all and the worst part was when we told the staff, they didn’t take any serious. They just pointed each other. We also asked for refill soup, and it didn’t come until I asked again, and they started pointing each other again. No sorry no other (only 1 female staff said sorry). I recently had the pleasure of dining at XO Suki Signature Pakuwon Mall, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy ambiance that immediately made me feel welcome.

The menu at XO Suki offered a wide variety of delectable options, each carefully crafted to perfection. Got the chance to review, the competitors and older generation of Hotpot (for now Hai Di Lao is dominating).

XO Suki Signature, we enjoyed the hotpot session here, they got 2 types of broth (chicken and tom yam) you could get it for free. Then you will be choosing your own filling in a coloured tray (different tray colour different prices)

In total we spent IDR 600.000 (we ordered sums, but I think it is rather the same that we would spend at Hai Di Lao)

PS. Hai Di Lao Broth is better then XO 🙏🏻 in my honest opinion, but it's free here...
