Yoshinoya - Jemursari — Restaurant in Surabaya

Actually i like this place because not in the mall and have good design. But so many flies on the table (you can see on my 4-5 photos) i feel disgusting dine in there, even that close area. I think the most possible cause is they didn’t pick up the dirty bowl quickly (you can see on my last photo) the waiters do the mopping first than clean up the table. That customers had left more than 15 minutes but they didn’t clean up so quick. The management should pay attention...

I went to yoshinoya during Eid holiday. I've been queing about 30 min. While waiting, I managed to the toilet, the toilet quite dirty. The sink is clogged and overflowing. The dirty table has not been cleaned. There are some broken sofas. When it's my turn, They told me to wait another 35 minutes.

In my opinion, the shortage of human resources is the main problem there.

I love the food, but the place's cleanliness really need...

Fast service! The staffs are really friendly. I was having a problem with the payment method I choose and the staff helped me patiently. This yoshinoya usually not too crowded, such spacious too. So much non-cash payment method accepted here (DANA, OVO, GO-PAY, ShopeePay and others), you can also get a lot of promos.
