Nice little place in the middle of Kampung Batik Laweyan The place was nice, clean and comfortable with an indoor AC and outdoor non-AC area

So I ordered 3 meals : lasagna, mac and cheese (it comes with beef skewers) and crepes suzette for desert 5/5 ⭐ for their lasagna. The sauce was nice and they gave a huge amount of meat inside it too and the salad that they gave as the side dish made it even better. 500/5 ⭐ for their crepes suzette with mixed berries and raspberry coulis. I am literally in love with it, nice sweet fresh combination of the crepes and the berries jam And the tricky part was to share my experience about their mac and cheese and beef skewers, I am in love with their mac and cheese, it's creamy, freshly cooked and delicious, I gave it a solid 4.5/5. But the real problem was their beef skewers, The beef is so difficult to eat and chewed (it's not hard like stale rock solid hard but more like rubbery) that I can barely chew it, which is so sad cause they gave a nice generous amount of portion for their beef skewers.

The portions were huge, maybe on my next visit I'll just gonna share 1 meal for 2 people

Will I come back? Yes, since I'm still interested to try their other menu but definitely will avoid their beef...

Lokasinya agak jauh dari pusat kota. Namun, tidak direkomendasikan membawa kendaraan pribadi, terlebih mobil karena tidak ada parkirannya. Waktu saya ke sana sekitar jam 13.00 kurang, hanya ada sepasang pengunjung sedang menanti pesanannya disajikan.

Awalnya kami tidak lapar, tetapi proses masak yang cukup lama hampir sejam, membuat kami menjadi sangat lapar. Sadar bahwa mereka butuh waktu lama untuk menyajikan makanan kami, mereka menyuguhkan free appetizer semacam roti kering dengan didampingi olive oil yang dicampur dengan cuka balsamic.

Saat itu kami memesan blueberry pie, apple pie, loraine quiche, dan bianca pizza. Blueberry pie-nya segar, rasa asam buah dan manisnya seimbang. Saya suka tambahan crumble di atasnya. Loraine quiche bukan selera saya ternyata, saya tidak suka makanan yang terlalu asin walaupun rasa tersebut berasal dari kejunya yang tidak pelit. Apple pie sama dengan blueberry pie, rasa asam buah apel dan manis brown sugarnya cocok. Staff (mungkin sekaligus owner?) menawarkan menambahkan vanilla ice cream pada apple pie. Ice cream hanya menambah rasa manis tapi tidak menambah spesial karena tanpa ice cream pun apple pie-nya sudah enak.

Bianca pizza sesuai dengan namanya menggunakan saus berwarna putih, bukan saus pasta tomat yang berwarna merah seperti pizza kebanyakan. Rasanya creamy, mungkin ada beberapa macam keju juga di atasnya. Toppingnya juga berlimpah. Ujungnya, pizza tidak habis dan kami bungkus bawa pulang. Selain kami sudah kenyang dengan pie dan quiche yang keluar lebih dulu dari main course-nya.

Staff (mungkin sekaligus owner?) sempat bercerita bahwa dia sebelumnya bekerja di salah satu negara di Eropa, saya lupa di mana. Bisa jadi memang rasa masakannya otentik.

Dari konsep tempat yang terbuka, udara yang cenderung gerah, ditambah makanan ala barat yang otentik, menurut saya akan lebih lengkap jika ada menu beer.

Semoga jika ke sini lagi, waktu penyelesaian pesanannya sudah...

Every meal has perfect seasoning. One of my favorite foods is roasted chicken, whose spices are well done

Additionally, the chicken cheese roll—a chicken variation of the well-known Wellington— also has a delicate taste

Note: the portion is quite big better share if you want to taste...
