RM Sederhana Padang Kleco — Restaurant in Surakarta

Coincidentally, I was visiting Solo and staying at Alila...I saw there was a RM Sederhana opposite it. I came and sat down but no one came. Finally I went to the dine in order line, but I waited for 10 minutes standing and still not being served in front of me. There was no queue. Even though all this time I went to a RM Sederhana in another city, we opened the door and were asked what we wanted to order and then wrote it down. But when I was eating, someone came to sit next to me and was served what they wanted to eat. I was previously sitting and wasn't served, so I went to this dine line. I'm one of those who eats at a RM Sederhana almost one a week so I'm speechless when the service...

Rendang (which is originally from Padang, Indonesia, not Malaysia nor Singapore) here is tasty and soft. Tunjang was also nice and soft, no gamey flavor. Very crowded and hot during lunchtime. Everyone knows this place is pricey. You have to pay for teh tawar hangat and daun singkong. Interestingly, they have martabak mesir and MARTABAK HAR (after half an hour waiting and observing that people behind us got their food served first, so I went asked the chef myself) I went to Palembang and Batam to the original Martabak Har Restaurant, and this Martabak Har in NOT even close in taste. I wonder if this is really an official branch or just copy the name but...

Hari ini saya dan istri datang ke restoran padang sederhana solo. Dri mulai masuk sampe smua makanan dan minumam tersaji, smuanya oke. Smua waiter dan mas mas yg nyiapin makann bgitu sopan dan bersih scara penampilan dan berperilaku. Tapi ada salah satu karyawan kasir yg attitudenya menurut saya tidak sopan karna istri saya bener bner ga paham utk bilang model pemesannya..yg harusnya ternyata hidang tapi istri saya bilang disajikan menunya di piring-piring kecil. Krna kesalahn pengucapan tersebut istri saya di tertawakan oleh karyawan kasir yg berbadan gemuk yg menurut istri saya sangat tidak sopan. Padahal niat istri saya mengkoreksi pesanan yg kami makan kok terhitung sangat murah..akhirnya istri saya menjelaskan ke karyawan kasir model cara makanan yg hidang atau pirinh tapi malah mendapat respon yg meremehkan dan menertawakan atas ketidaktauan istri saya di depan pelanggan langsung. Mohon dgn amat sangat restorsn ini udah bagus kesluruhan, jangan sampe kejadian ini terulang lagi. Istri saya ngedumel sepanjang jalan pengen balik ke restoran dan maki maki si kryawan kasir itu.. tpi saya tahan. SMoga ada teguran dri pihak atasan agar sluruh karwayan berlaku lebih sopan kepada pembeli. Seandainya ada yg tidak mengerti tolong pembeli trsebut diberi penjelasan tanpa menertawakan terlebih dahulu . Sakit hari rasanya.. pulang bukanya kenyang malah...
