Visited Rumah Makan Adem Ayem that located in Slamet Riyadi street, Solo. They're pretty busy during weekend lunch, I needed to wait for around 15 minutes before seated, but since the staff that maintaining the seating arrangement is pretty quick and nimble, it's still understandable. In this visit, I ordered their Nasi Ayam Goreng (Indonesian crispy fried chicken served with rice and sambal, their sambal is sweet and spicy which is totally my style) and Bakmi Goreng (their fried noodle portion is really generous and could be shared for 2 to 4 persons).
