This was my first time visiting Toko Roti Orion, and unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience. I asked a staff member, who was wearing glasses, about the location of the Mandarin Cake. I admit I mistakenly referred to the product by the wrong name. However, her response was rather curt, as she replied, "mandari cake? Cake? Roti mandarin maksudnya? Itu yang warna coklat" while furrowing her brow.

Afterward, I picked up the bread in question and went to the cashier. Unfortunately, I encountered a similarly unwelcoming attitude from the cashier. When I politely asked if I could pay via transfer since I didn’t have cash on hand, she quickly responded, “gabisa transfer” and immediately asked the person behind me to step forward, without giving me a chance to discuss further. As a result, I decided not to purchase the bread for souvenirs.

This first experience at Toko Roti Orion was disappointing. I hope the management will address the attitude and service of the staff, as customer satisfaction is key to the long-term success of any business. I wish Toko Roti Orion continued success...
