Nicole's Kitchen & Lounge — Restaurant in West Java

The first time here, I was surprised to see how large the place is. We came on a friday evening before sunset. So we were seated without any reservation alhamdolelah. We ordered food but had to go diwn to the garage area to pray sunset in their Small Msalah. Sadly, the carpet reaked of old smell. The Brisket steak was very tasty and well served on a wooden platter. However, the young waitress lacked proper ettiquet. No smile, and no proper communication. I ordered a ginger latte that took forever to arrive, after my wife ordered us a cake. The waitress brought 2 slices of cakes in one plate, I thought that was so weird; she did bring a second plate after we requested it. As usual, no apologies for improper service. One thing I noticed in these restaurants is that the waitress never comes and checks on the customer needs or how the food is. Also, it amazes me that they use the cheapest and thinnest napkins, more like small dinky tissues. The ginger latte was good but a bit on the spicy side for me. Sorry, i had a very bad experience with this place. So i went here for very very late lunch & i skipped breakfast i was famished. I ordered Butter Milk Chicken Burger. I mean, hey HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A BURGER? I waited 20mins and i asked the waitress, please check my order because my order is still not on the table after few minutes, my spouse's food atrived, she ordered Due Ravioli Combinata. My burger still not here. I then went to the supervisor (with black suit), i told her WHERE IS MY FOOD? Very politely (no kidding it took my whole strength to hold my composure.) Just info: the family in front of my table ordered TWO TIMES already and the ordered was there on their table. The guest coming after us also had their ordered fulfilled.

10 MINUTES LATER MY BURGER COME. TOTAL waiting time: around 40 MINUTES.

Overall the food is JUST OK. NOTHING SPECIAL FOR 65K BURGER (+TAX & SERVICE). Ambience is NICE. But thats all.

First and...

The foods are delicious. I think the prices are not expensive cause of the quite big portion. The delivery time was fast. But the seat management (reservation attendant) was quite worse.. Before we arrived at the cafe, I want to make a reservation for 3 persons.. but the staff said, no need cause we're only 3 person so there'll be enough seat to find for 3 persons. When we arrive, they said we need to wait and put our names in the waiting list... and wait for our seats.. The waiter didn't bother to ask us whether we would like to sit at the smoking area or not.. of course we complain and want to switch seats cause my husband want to smoke and that we were put near playground area. I reccomend these two dishes.. Great job for the management for giving quiz and the gift for customers. The life music (the band) was extraordinary.. I reccomend this place for family, couple...
