Don't. If you want vegan go to terra just across the road, or the bus bar for a sensational pizza instead. Despite the sign, it's not a vegetarian restaurant anymore and absolutely not vegan. Vegan options as advertised on the sign out the front were nowhere to be found. Lots of meat on the menu. My girlfriend ordered what was a vegan dish according to the menu and it came with mayonnaise on it. We tried to ask what had milk or eggs in it but not good enough English by the only waiter there, and no idea what the word vegan meant, seriously a blank look. There was a serious disconnect between these reviews, what was advertised on the sign outside and what's going on in that restaurant as of 6th August 2019. They have no clue about vegetarianism or veganism. They're obviously trading on the good name of Namora or Felice's, this "vegetarian restoran" is not that place so disregard those reviews. As it turns out I didn't eat a main anyway, my dish was completely left off our order so luckily I didn't have to wonder whether how much dairy or...
Read moreSuper friendly, kind and funny staff. Most meals can be made vegan, and also gluten free which is great for any intolerances. (Not allergies). The portion size is very substantial that you won’t leave feeling hungry at all. Definitely one of the best value for money restaurants in Kuta. The atmosphere is very relaxed and quiet and feels authentic. So a nice change from the loud music, western owned restaurants up the street (which you certainly pay premium for). It’s actually a great setting to casually start a conversation with a table next you and meet some people if your travelling solo or as a couple too. That’s happened to us on multiple occasions, but only here. Then comes the food itself… there is always SO much flavour. A great variety of vegetables with every meal and the price is very justified with the quality and amount. Some meals can be a little bit oily, but sometimes that’s not a bad thing after a day of surf! Definitely recommended and now a regular...
Read moreDo not eat here! I specifically told them I couldn't have egg, that I was vegan, the first time I went they lied to me and said the spring rolls don't have egg, I ate them and left, the second time I ordered spring rolls and corn noodle mi goreng with no egg, and they brought out eggs and egg noodles twice, then verbally abused me and asked why I ordered Spring rolls if I was allergic to egg, I told them that the night before the waiter told me that the spring rolls were vegan with no egg, then they continually abused me until I left without my meal, after eating egg. Also claims to be a vegetarian restaurant but has fish on the menu. Don't trust these...
