DON't RECOMMEND to anyone!

I don't understand how such places can work inside the 5 star hotel.

First thing I noticed strange when waiter come and asked about the order, I asked to call the woman who helped me with finding a table, so he came back from my table and scream: she need a MISS. I was shocked!

I ordered fish, it looks not super good, it has scale on some places, but I decided, if the fish will be good - I don't care. The texture was strange, but maybe it is a receipt, I tried to continue eat, when I ate few bites, I noticed that inside there is fish entrails.... on God.... Guys, it was disgusting, I felt vomit!!! I stopped eating and showed this to my waiter - no reaction.

Dear management of the hotel, yes we are on island, let's call it on wild island, but your restaurant is in HOTEL, 5 STAR hotel. Is it hard to have minimal standards? Also you can't normally sitting on tables near the ocean, cause there is 20 locals who asking: miss, sorong?? Miss, bracelet? They just disturbing you every second. Breakfast and dinner were great with good service. A couple of times our drinks were delayed but nothing else serious. Eggs cooked very well with many local and international options for breakfast. I just wish there was more candles or bug killers for the flies. Like most of the restaurants in Indonesia it’s an open air restaurant. Is recommended the soft shell crab bao bun, omelette, pizzas and teas. I’d like to see more attention on the dim sum as it was not soft, margarita pizza should have red sauce with no toppings (e.g. tomato slices). Kitchen closes at 10:30pm. Had dinner last night at this restaurant for the first time in a while. The location right on the beach was as beautiful as ever and the lighting was good enough for you to be able to see what you were eating. A very good NZ wine was available for a good price. The service was slow, however, the duck I ordered was not available, the fish came without any vegetables although it would have been easy to add a small portion of kangkung as requested, and the desserts were overpriced and disappointing in flavor.
