Edit- looks like ozzy got really ofended and responded to my review. Everything you mentioned is false! We never complained about food while we were there and I have even said the food was pretty good. Do you even know constructive criticism? Instead of accepting your mistake, you have blamed us. Because , yes everyone in the world thinks INDIAN is always bad and wrong! Very rude comment from this hotel staff (mostly guessing it is ozzy) , you act like we eat free food and go on free trips! We have paid like everyone else and behaved well. We do have 3 4 and 5 star hotels and hygienic restaurants here. Not everyone in our country eats that kind of food you see online. Stop watching too many videos on your phone which are not true and concentrate on your work!

We paid the boat person 1.2M and not 125k idr. What a blame! So we can’t even complain for not getting what we paid for. And to be honest we got the same deal from outside agent. But we thought to give chance for you ozzy and you and the boat man/boat owner got greedy. May be 125k idr is what you paid the boatman so he rushed us during the trip. We have always been kind and respectful but looks like some of the locals only know to take money from tourists and then act like this . Changing my 2 stars to 1 for the lame response I received from you.

Pros - The property is right on the east side of the beach. The room didn’t have a sea view but close to beach. Room was big and AC was cooling quickly. Mini fridge worked well and cloth hanging stand was useful for the beach and pool. Staff were really good and attentive. Live music is good here on fridays and so is the food. Especially the pizzas are so good! Indonesian cuisine is not upto mark.

Cons - Bathroom drain was slow on 1st day and very slow on the next 2 days. Needs a proper cleaning. Food and beverage billing was messed up and not very organised. The snorkelling trip we booked through the Mr. Ozzy was the bad one. Spoilt the entire trip as the boat captain wanted to drop us very quickly. Finished the tour in 2.5 hrs and insisted to drop us instead of 4hrs. We didn’t see the sunset on the boat as we planned to do that one. He also didn’t take us to the meno island to explore as we had time. Said the currents were strong to take there. The guide didn’t really help much with the snorkelling too. So I would recommend to take the tour outside of the property as they give for better price and experience outside. The alcohol given here are not of good quality. Also the happy hour cocktails are of low alcohol , you won’t even get the buzz after drinking a lot! Nasi goreng was not good as it had this sweet taste made for the westerners tastebuds and not authentic. Reply - The manager ozzy got very offended for the truth I mentioned and trying to cover up his mistakes by blaming us. And also making false statements. Here is the response to his reply on booking while I rated 7/10 on booking and mentioned his actions about snorkeling trip. We paid 1.2 million idr and not 125k idr pp. !! Very rude comments for his own mistakes on billing wrong items in our bill and charging for snorkelling trip and not delivering for what we pay. For your information we got same 1.2m offer from a near by agent and we chose ozzy to give him a chance. But I request future customers to take trip from outside and not from him. And we stayed 3 nights here for your info! Not just 1 night. Not everyone in India eats on streets( looks like you watch only such videos online which are posted just for views!) we do have hygienic 3/4/5 star restaurants in india 😄 I pity your knowledge.
