Everybody likes a rooftop pool, with great views... provided you are actually allowed to get in the pool, right?

Our last day in Yogya, we arrived around lunchtime for food, with hopes we might laze around in the sunny pool drinking beer all afternoon and take advantage of the spa treatments also. This seemed more than feasible, as the place itself was deserted and the staff seemed lovely

After a mediocre lunch, we asked if we might use the pool, but were told a flat "No, it is only for hotel guests". This seemed a unreasonable as the staff had been extremely nice until this point and we had been more than happy to spend our money there all afternoon. So we left.

To add to our disappointment, upon leaving, my girlfriend noticed she had been savaged by bed bugs which must have been in the fabric seating we were sat on while eating. (Picture attached)

Fatal. Are you kidding me? I asked for a margarita, the price 120k so not cheap for the prices of this city at all. I even asked beforehand if it was made with Jose Cuervo tequila, the answer "yes of course"... The margarita comes, I try it, disgusting, really bad and of course not Jose Cuervo. I go and ask the waiter politely like "excuse me, this is not Jose Cuervo tequila" he laughed and told me " oh yes I used local tequila" I asked for it to be changed and he said of course but this is not ok to a customer. The second cocktail he brought, this time with real Jose Cuervo was watered down. EXCUSE ME? First lied to my face, then served me local tequila for the price of the good one, and then watered down a cocktail? Please do something about this because it was...
